Freight Calculator - How do I get Charged!
Once we have received your goods at the airport or wharf, we will receive a copy of the weights and dimensions of your shipment from the warehouse staff.Once we have this we will send you an invoice based on actual weight or volumetric (cbm) size of the goods. We will also send you a copy of the weights and dimensions of your shipment upon request
Unfortunately we will not export the shipment (or deliver the shipment for import)
Until we have receive full payment of our invoice.
The Airlines will charge based on greater weight or size.
The airlines conversion rate is 1 cbm (cubic metre) being equivalent to 167kg.
To work out the cbm (cubic measurement) the formula used
Is length x width x height (in centimeters).
egg. A box with the dimensions of 60cm x 45cm x 40cm would be
0.60 x 0.45 x 0.40 = 0.108cbm (x 167) = 18.03kg volumetric weight.
The shipping lines will charge based on greater actual weight or volumetric CBM size. The shipping lines conversion rate is MINIMUM 1 cbm (cubic metre) being equivalent to 1000kg in weight.
Payment can be made via credit card over the phone, Bankcard, Visacard, MasterCard are all acceptable.
Also you can pay by Internet banking and EFT directly to our bank. Details will always be on the bottom left hand side of our invoice. Otherwise you can pay by cash into any NAB bank and advise us.
